Banana Nut Butter Fudgesicles

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas 

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1/2 cup cashews 

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips 

  • 5 tbsp honey 

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil 

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the walnuts, cashews, and chocolate chips. 

  2. Blend on high speed until broken down and combined. Slowly add the coconut oil until a smooth nut butter mixture is formed. Add the honey and blend to combine. 

  3. Add the bananas and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Add the milk and blend to combine. 

  4. Fill silicone molds or popsicle molds to the brim with the mixture. Freeze for at least 6 hours. If you want to add a stick to make popsicles, press into the pops after freezing for 2 hours and return to the freezer for the remaining time.
