Ingredients

  • For the brownies:

    • 1 avocado

    • ½ cup coconut sugar

    • 2 eggs

    • 1 tsp baking soda

    • ½ cup cocoa powder

    • ½ cup almond flour

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 3 tbsp olive oil

    For the milkshake

    • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    • ¼ cup peanut butter

    • 1-2 frozen bananas

    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

    • ½ cup oat milk

    For the glass:

    • Blender Bombs Cacao Drizzle

    • Crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a food processor, add all of the ingredients for the brownies. Blend on low speed until smooth and completely incorporated.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased 8” by 8” baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 1 hour.

  4. Add all of the milkshake ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Use one banana if you prefer a more liquid milkshake and two if you prefer it thicker.

  5. Remove the brownies from the pan and crumble your desired amount into the milkshake and stir to combine. You will have leftover brownies to enjoy on the side!

  6. Drizzle the cacao drizzle on the side of a glass and pour in the milkshake. Add more drizzle along the rim of the glass and sprinkle on crushed peanuts.
