Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter; melted

  • 1 12 oz bottle of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder.

  3. Seperate the florets from the head of cauliflower and cut them into medium sized pieces. Add the florets to the flour mixture and toss until they are completely coated.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle about half of the olive oil onto the sheet. Spread the cauliflower onto the sheet in an even layer, with none overlapping. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the cauliflower.

  5. Bake the cauliflower for 15 minutes. Use tongs to turn the cauliflower over and bake for another 15 minutes.

  6. In a large bowl, whisk together the hot sauce and melted butter. Add the cauliflower to the hot sauce mixture and toss until the florets are completely coated.

  7. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for another 30 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
