Cinnamon Pear Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 pears; thinly sliced

  • ½ tbsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the pear slices to a bowl and add the cinnamon and sugar. Toss until thoroughly coated.

  2. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. 

  3. Place two greased cooling racks over two baking sheets. Line the pear slices onto the racks into an even layer.

  4. Bake the chips with the oven a crack open for 2 hours. Turn the oven off and let the chips sit in the oven with the door closed for another hour.
