Green Pea Pesto Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
1 box farfalle
2 chicken breasts
2 cups spinach
½ cup basil
2 scallions
2 garlic cloves
¾ cup slivered almonds
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp cilantro
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup water
Instructions
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat ¼ cup of olive oil in a pan on high heat. Add the chicken breasts and lower the heat to medium. Cook the chicken for about 7 minutes on each side or until the middle reaches at least 165°F.
In a food processor, pulse the spinach, basil, scallions, garlic, almonds, chives, and cilantro until broken down.
While blending on low speed, slowly add in the water and oil.
Toss the pasta, chicken, and pesto together and serve.
