Herby Flatbread Crackers
Yield: 24 crackers Active Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes (+30 min. chill time)
Ingredients
¾ cup cups all purpose flour
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tbsp basil
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add flour, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, and sugar to a food processor and pulse until combined.
Add the oil and water and blend until a dough forms.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, roll the dough out until it is ⅛ inch thick.
Cut the dough into 1 inch by 3 inch rectangles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes and place on a cooling rack.
