Honey Sriracha Delicata Squash

Ingredients
2 delicata squash; halved, cleaned, and sliced
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, and olive oil. Add the sliced squash and toss in the sriracha mixture until fully and evenly coated.
Spread the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure none of the pieces overlap. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake the squash for 20 minutes then use a spatula to flip the pieces. Bake for an addition 20 minutes until the squash is golden brown and caramelized.
