Honey Sriracha Delicata Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 delicata squash; halved, cleaned, and sliced

  • 1/4 cup sriracha

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, and olive oil. Add the sliced squash and toss in the sriracha mixture until fully and evenly coated.

  3. Spread the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure none of the pieces overlap. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake the squash for 20 minutes then use a spatula to flip the pieces. Bake for an addition 20 minutes until the squash is golden brown and caramelized.
