Marinated Feta

Ingredients
1 ½ lemon; juiced
¾ cup olive oil
½ tbsp red pepper flakes
½ tbsp dill; chopped
1 tsp black pepper
10 oz feta; cubed
3 tbsp white vinegar
3 cloves garlic; smashed
¼ cup parsley; chopped
For the butter sauce:
1 fresno chile; thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic; thinly sliced
½ cup salted butter
Instructions
Add the feta and garlic to a 16 oz mason jar or similar container.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, vinegar, and parsley.
Pour the lemon juice mixture over the feta and seal the jar tightly.
Shake the jar gently a few times to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
