Ingredients

• 4 ounces Vodka

• 6 ounces lime juice

• 1 ounce simple syrup

• 6 ounces club soda

• 1/4 cup mint leaves

Instructions

1. Add about 2 tbsp of mint leaves to the bottom of two wine glasses. Use a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to crush and bruise the mint until the leaves are slightly broken up.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Vigorously shake for about 1 minute.

3. Fill the 2 wine glasses with ice. Pour the vodka mixture over the ice and lightly stir to incorporate the mint.

4. Top with club soda and garnish with limes and mint.
