Ingredients
1 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup parmesan cheese; grated
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs; beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
To a food processor, add the crackers, parmesan cheese, dried basil, salt and black pepper.

Pour the crumbs into a shallow dish and place the beaten eggs into a separate shallow dish.
Dip each chicken wing in the egg mixture, fully coating and then dredge in the cracker crumbs, forming a thick crumb coating around the entire chicken wing.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite marinara or tomato sauce and enjoy.
