Tomato Basil Crusted Chicken Parm Wings

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. To a food processor, add the crackers, parmesan cheese, dried basil, salt and black pepper.

  3. Pulse until a mixture of fine crumbs forms, similar to the texture of bread crumbs.

  4. Pour the crumbs into a shallow dish and place the beaten eggs into a separate shallow dish.

  5. Dip each chicken wing in the egg mixture, fully coating and then dredge in the cracker crumbs, forming a thick crumb coating around the entire chicken wing.

  6. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Serve with your favorite marinara or tomato sauce and enjoy.
