Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Gently rub the whole cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
  3. Place the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for about 55 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and cold water until creamy.
  5. Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the tahini sauce generously over the top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Optionally, add pomegranate seeds before serving.
