How to Make Delicious Cranberry and Red Pepper Relish
- Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water and pick through them, discarding any squishy or mushy ones.
- Finely chop the red bell peppers into small, uniform pieces.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the rinsed cranberries, chopped red peppers, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir occasionally until the mixture starts bubbling.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens and the cranberries have burst.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the relish cool completely.
- Transfer the relish to a serving bowl and enjoy.
