How to Make Delicious Cranberry and Red Pepper Relish
  1. Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water and pick through them, discarding any squishy or mushy ones.
  2. Finely chop the red bell peppers into small, uniform pieces.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the rinsed cranberries, chopped red peppers, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir occasionally until the mixture starts bubbling.
  4. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens and the cranberries have burst.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the relish cool completely.
  6. Transfer the relish to a serving bowl and enjoy.
