  • 1 package Pizza Dough Store-bought saves time
  • 1 cup Flour For dusting, gluten-free optional
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with Fontina or provolone
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Sharp cheddar recommended

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
  3. Roll out pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread remaining buffalo sauce on dough, layer with chicken mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  5. Roll the dough into a log shape, pinching edges to seal.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
