- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Mix in the thinly sliced ribeye beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Slice the Italian bread lengthwise and scoop out some of the soft interior.
- Fill each half of the bread with the cheesesteak mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
