  • 2 tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup Adjust to taste; maple syrup can be an alternative.
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut Water Coconut water adds flavor and electrolytes.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes For chilling the drink.

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean counter.
  2. Squeeze the clementines until you have 1 cup of fresh juice.
  3. Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in a blender or pitcher.
  4. Add the clementine juice, spirulina powder, honey (or agave syrup), and water (or coconut water) to the blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, then pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or clementine slices before serving.
