How to Make
- Gather all ingredients on a clean counter.
- Squeeze the clementines until you have 1 cup of fresh juice.
- Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in a blender or pitcher.
- Add the clementine juice, spirulina powder, honey (or agave syrup), and water (or coconut water) to the blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, then pour the blended mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves or clementine slices before serving.
