Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the canned pumpkin puree, tahini, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, allowing space between each.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and soft in the center.
