How to Make 30-Minute Korean Beef and Quinoa Bowls
- Start by chopping garlic and ginger finely, then rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the rinsed quinoa, cover, and reduce the heat to low.
- While the quinoa is cooking, grab a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger into the beef, cooking until fragrant.
- Once the quinoa is cooked, add it to the skillet with the beef mixture. Drizzle in sesame oil and coconut aminos, and stir.
- Dish out the mixture into bowls and top with optional vegetables if desired.
