How to Make Easy Crescent Roll Taco Pizza
- Preheat oven to 350°F according to package instructions for the crescent rolls.
- Gently unroll the crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet, pinching seams together to form a cohesive crust. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, then allow to cool slightly.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining excess fat. Add taco seasoning and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and your choice of salsa. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust. Layer on the cooked beef, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and finish with a sprinkle of lettuce.
- Cut the pizza into squares and serve immediately.
