Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh spinach and kale thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt and debris.

  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk gradually until the desired texture is reached.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl. Garnish with banana slices or chia seeds.
