- Wash the celery sticks thoroughly and cut them into 3-4 inch pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Use a knife or a piping bag to generously fill each celery stick with the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in chopped green onions, shredded cheese, or chopped olives into the cream cheese mixture if desired.
- Refrigerate the stuffed celery for about 30 minutes before serving.
