- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and generously grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Whisk together egg whites and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the cooked chicken or turkey bacon, along with vegetables, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until centers are set and lightly golden.
