- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, and any optional seasonings in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
- Top your baked crust with your favorite ingredients and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes.
