- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Once the mushrooms are brown, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously to allow it to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and heat everything through.
- Serve the creamy spinach mixture, optionally drizzling more sauce on top.
