- In a mixing bowl, blend the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the pork chops in the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the fridge.
- Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high. Grill each pork chop for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, whisk in the flour to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; simmer for 1 minute.
- Place the cooked pork chops on plates and generously drizzle the Dijon cream sauce over them.
