Preparation

  3. Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high. Grill each pork chop for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, whisk in the flour to form a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Place the cooked pork chops on plates and generously drizzle the Dijon cream sauce over them.
