How to Make Indulgent Orange-Cardamom Olive Oil Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cardamom, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, then mix in the olive oil, fresh orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
