Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat with truffle oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mixed mushrooms to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and beautifully brown.
  4. Roll out your pre-made pizza crust to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled crust to a pizza stone or a greased baking sheet. Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly across the top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the mushrooms.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle fresh thyme and arugula on top.
  9. Serve immediately, and feel free to drizzle extra truffle oil on top.
