Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Sauté minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat with truffle oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add sliced mixed mushrooms to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and beautifully brown.
- Roll out your pre-made pizza crust to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled crust to a pizza stone or a greased baking sheet. Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly across the top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle fresh thyme and arugula on top.
- Serve immediately, and feel free to drizzle extra truffle oil on top.
