How to Make Weight Watchers Chocolate Skillet Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium skillet with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, zero-calorie sweetener, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Combine the applesauce, milk, egg, and vanilla in the bowl. Stir gently until everything is just mixed together.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared skillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
