  • 1 cup Greek yogurt can swap for plain or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup Brewed coffee strong variety preferred
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup to taste
For the Toppings
  • 1 handful Granola or nuts/seeds for variation
  • 1 cup Fresh fruits such as berries or bananas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a strong cup (1 cup/240 ml) of coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup (245 g) of Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup (120 ml) of the cooled coffee. Add honey or maple syrup, stirring until smooth.
  3. Slice fresh fruits and measure out a handful of granola.
  4. Spoon the yogurt-coffee mixture into serving bowls. Top with granola and fruit slices.
  5. Serve immediately, enjoying the aroma and flavors.
