How to Make Irresistible Spinach Gnocchi Bake
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, roughly 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked gnocchi, sautéed spinach, ricotta, and half of the mozzarella, adding salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
