  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach or frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 package Gnocchi or favorite pasta
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese for topping
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese or cottage cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping

Method
 

How to Make Irresistible Spinach Gnocchi Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, roughly 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked gnocchi, sautéed spinach, ricotta, and half of the mozzarella, adding salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
