Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.

  4. Layer half of the vegetables in the baking dish, add half the sauce, then layer the remaining vegetables and sauce. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
