Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high. Season the chicken breasts and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing thinly.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced chicken, mandarin oranges, green onions, and the cooled ramen noodles. Drizzle generously with the dressing.
  5. Gently toss the salad to mix well and coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing. Adjust seasoning if needed, then top with sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for a cool salad.
