Cooking Steps
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high. Season the chicken breasts and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing thinly.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced chicken, mandarin oranges, green onions, and the cooled ramen noodles. Drizzle generously with the dressing.
- Gently toss the salad to mix well and coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing. Adjust seasoning if needed, then top with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for a cool salad.
