  1. Activate the Yeast: In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Create a well and pour in olive oil and yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the Dough: Mix until combined, then knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
