For the Dressing

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the fresh spinach or mixed greens. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the pomegranate and release the seeds into the bowl, or use pre-packaged seeds.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the greens and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Toast the walnut halves in a medium pan over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, then add to the salad.
