Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar. Chill for 10 minutes if sticky.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, add garlic, ground meat, and seasonings. Cook until browned, then cool.
  3. Divide dough and roll each between parchment paper to 1/8 inch thick, forming circles.
  4. Place meat filling in the center of each dough circle, fold and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let pies rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
