Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar. Chill for 10 minutes if sticky.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, add garlic, ground meat, and seasonings. Cook until browned, then cool.
- Divide dough and roll each between parchment paper to 1/8 inch thick, forming circles.
- Place meat filling in the center of each dough circle, fold and seal edges with a fork.
- Bake on a baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let pies rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
