How to Make Irresistible Japanese Street Food Tacos
  1. Cut boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, ensuring even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet and add a drizzle of oil. Sauté the chicken pieces for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken, stirring well to coat. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet until soft. Layer with shredded cabbage and teriyaki chicken.
