How to Make Irresistible Savory Tofu Teriyaki Stir Fry
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to eliminate excess moisture, then cube it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and sauté for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Add broccoli florets, bell peppers, and shredded carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stir gently, and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes.
