  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal You can substitute with more Corn Chex
For the Crunch
  • 2 cups Pretzel twists Use gluten-free pretzels if needed
  • 1 cup Roasted almonds or peanuts Substitute with sunflower or pumpkin seeds for nut-free option
For the Sweet & Spicy Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce Adjust according to heat preference
  • 1/4 cup Honey Maple syrup can be used as a vegan alternative

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Corn Chex, Rice Chex, pretzels, and nuts in a large bowl. Gently mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Whisk the Sriracha and honey together in a separate bowl until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour the Sriracha-honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix gently until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Cool completely after removing from the oven to maintain that perfect crunchiness.
