Preparation Steps

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the raw honey, tangerine juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
  4. Pour half of the glaze over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Baste with remaining glaze halfway through.
  6. Broil for an additional minute for a golden-brown finish, then drizzle with leftover glaze.
