  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise can be substituted with sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder optional
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and cook for 6-7 minutes until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined, adding optional diced onions and pickles.
  4. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the frozen French fries evenly. Pour the beef mixture over the fries.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and fries are crispy.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
