Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Press the meatloaf mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, then gradually add milk while stirring.
  7. Stir in paprika, dry mustard, and shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  8. Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well-coated.
  9. Pour the macaroni and cheese mixture over the pre-baked meatloaf, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  10. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
