Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese can substitute with goat cheese for a tangier flavor
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil use extra-virgin for best taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice adjust to preference
  • 1 clove Garlic optional, use fresh for stronger taste
For Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios toast for enhanced flavor
  • 1/4 cup Honey try flavored honey for variety
  • 1/3 cup Dried Cranberries raisins can be substituted
  • Black Pepper/Chili Flakes optional, adjust according to spice preference

Method
 

Making the Dip
  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and optional garlic. Blend for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the chopped pistachios for 3–4 minutes until they become lightly golden and fragrant.
  3. Place honey in the microwave and heat it for 10–15 seconds just until it’s drizzly.
  4. Scoop the whipped feta mixture into a serving bowl, creating swoops for the toppings.
  5. Drizzle the warm honey over the whipped feta, sprinkle with toasted pistachios and cranberries.
  6. Serve immediately with warm pita, crunchy crackers, or fresh veggies.
