How to Make Pickled Turnips
  1. In a large jar, mix together water, white vinegar, kosher salt, and granulated sugar. Stir gently until everything is fully dissolved to create the perfect brine.
  2. Toss in the smashed garlic, along with the turnips and beets. Make sure they are completely submerged in the brine.
  3. Close the jar tightly and leave it at room temperature in a cool, dark place for about 5 days.
  4. After 5 days, transfer your jar to the refrigerator for storage. Enjoy these vibrant pickled turnips within one month.
