- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Nutella and egg in a medium mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour gradually, mixing gently until just combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball gently with your palm or the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
