How to Make 30-Minute Honey Lime Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up.
- Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of the sheet pan and surround with fresh broccoli florets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and broccoli. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Mix together the honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Optionally add minced garlic.
- Brush half of the honey-lime glaze over the salmon and broccoli.
- Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then brush on the remaining glaze. Continue roasting for another 8-10 minutes.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes if you want a caramelized finish, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
- Rest for a few minutes before serving.
