How to Make 30-Minute Honey Lime Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of the sheet pan and surround with fresh broccoli florets.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and broccoli. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. Mix together the honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Optionally add minced garlic.
  5. Brush half of the honey-lime glaze over the salmon and broccoli.
  6. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then brush on the remaining glaze. Continue roasting for another 8-10 minutes.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes if you want a caramelized finish, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
