- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, warm cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
- Gently add fresh blueberries to the mixture, being careful not to mash them while making sure they’re evenly distributed.
- Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Refrigerate the bites for 30-60 minutes until they become firm and hold their shape nicely.
- Enjoy these cool delights straight from the fridge, or store them for later snacking.
