  • 2 cups Rolled Oats opt for gluten-free oats if needed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese or plant-based cream cheese for dairy-free
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain varieties recommended
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder vanilla flavor works best
For the Mix
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries fold in gently
  • 1 3/4 Honey or Maple Syrup adjust based on desired sweetness
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, warm cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Gently add fresh blueberries to the mixture, being careful not to mash them while making sure they’re evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  4. Refrigerate the bites for 30-60 minutes until they become firm and hold their shape nicely.
  5. Enjoy these cool delights straight from the fridge, or store them for later snacking.
