How to Make Carrot Cake Dump Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Layer the crushed pineapple in the bottom of the prepared pan, followed by the apple pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry carrot cake mix evenly over the fruit layers.
- Drizzle the melted butter all over the dry cake mix.
- Optional: If using, sprinkle the shredded coconut and chopped nuts on top.
- Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
