How to Make Cowboy Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks, and drain any excess fat.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish and spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom. Layer the drained corn over the beef, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
