  • 4 cups Cooked White Rice Jasmine or short-grain rice works well.
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Can substitute with chives.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional garnish.

How to Make Honey Garlic Pork Rice Bowl
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Add the cubed pork to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. Add the sesame oil to the same skillet and heat briefly.
  6. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes; stir to combine and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  8. Return the cooked pork to the skillet, coating each piece in the sauce and let it simmer on low for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Serve the pork over a bed of fluffy cooked white rice, finishing with a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds.
