Steps
- Cook Rice: Start by cooking the basmati rice according to package instructions. Season it with a pinch of kosher salt.
- Prepare Dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, minced jalapeño, garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Heat Chicken: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips and heat them until warmed through.
- Combine Corn: Toss in the corn kernels with the chicken in the skillet. Sprinkle the taco seasoning and stir until everything is heated through.
- Mix Bowls: In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken and corn mixture, black beans, and the zesty dressing.
