Steps
  1. Cook Rice: Start by cooking the basmati rice according to package instructions. Season it with a pinch of kosher salt.
  2. Prepare Dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, minced jalapeño, garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Heat Chicken: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips and heat them until warmed through.
  4. Combine Corn: Toss in the corn kernels with the chicken in the skillet. Sprinkle the taco seasoning and stir until everything is heated through.
