Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion and bell peppers until they're soft, about 5-6 minutes, then add the minced garlic for an extra 30 seconds.
- Add 2 pounds of ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and add 8 oz of softened cream cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Spoon the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish, spreading it out. Top with 8 oz of torn provolone and 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
